I denne episode fortsætter vi samtalen fra forrige episode Effekten af gaslighting , men i denne episode taler vi om, hvad man kan gøre for at finde hjem til sig selv igen efter at man har været i et psykisk nedbrydende forhold. Vi gennemgår R.U.L. E. R, som er Robin Steins bidrag til, hvordan man forbliver i kontakt med sig selv og derved er i stand til at modstå gaslighting. Robin Stern har udviklet en gratis app som vi vil anbefale at downloade. Den hedder 'How We Feel' og linket til den er her.
