Is there anything that can be done to save to the NFL Pro Bowl and NBA All-Star Game from the ridiculous lack of competitiveness on display now days? Does the concept of Load Management indirectly fuel the lack of competitive nature in sports now? He's been the leading head coaching candidate every year since 2019, yet has not landed the head coaching gig.
