The Buff presents: Randell vibes, Cosgrove falls, Exeter City and Oxford United

Welcome back to The Buff Podcast, which thankfully is a lot more upbeat this week!

Even Ian Evatt was on a downer after last week's show, which tackled the depressing defeats at Blackpool and Wigan. But after a solid return to form against Cambridge United and a stirring comeback to grab a point at Barnsley, Bolton are second in the table and everything is better with the world once more.

We look ahead to two big games at Exeter City and Oxford United, sifting through the headlines from the week at Wanderers,

Who Are You is back once more with the letter Q and we read out some of the top emails we have received, including a good point about Bolton's recent workload.

Marc Iles and Henry Hewitt (now smiling again) give out their predictions on the week ahead and who they would like to see start this weekend at St James Park.

Welcome back to another bumper episode of The Buff Podcast!

On this week's show you have a chance to win a unique piece of Papa Johns Trophy memorabilia - as our press box pal Clive Tyldesley has kindly given us a signed and framed commentary chart to give away as a prize to one of our lucky listeners!

To be in with a chance of winning one yourself, answer the following simple question.

WHO SCORED THE FOURTH AND FINAL GOAL FOR WANDERERS IN THEIR 4-0 WIN AGAINST PLYMOUTH ARGYLE IN THE PAPA JOHNS TROPHY FINAL?

To enter the competition send an email with the title Buff Competition to thebuffmail@gmail.com

On that email I want your answer, your full name, your full address and a contact number.

We will not be accepting any new entries after 9am on Monday, April 17.

This competition is only open to our UK listeners for postal purposes. Other than that, normal competition rules apply.

All the entries will be put into a random draw and a winner will be picked out by Henry on Monday afternoon, after which winners will be contacted directly. We’ll also put a message out on Twitter and Facebook.

If you want to take a look and buy one for yourself, then please go to www.commentarycharts.com.

Also on the show this week we have a rundown of Kyle Dempsey's situation at Wanderers after his legal case was concluded.

We discuss the financial accounts at Bolton and pick through some of the juicy details within.

We read out your emails - including an appeal for the matchday bus services.

Simon Woods brings us not one, but TWO new songs.

We speak to the Oxford Mail's football writer Liam Rice about upcoming game at the Kassam Stadium, and what has gone wrong for them this season.

And we discuss whether the EFL judges were wrong to overlook Ian Evatt and his players for the end-of-season awards shortlists.

There is a lot more - but we are running out of room.

This season we’ll be running a special Fantasy Football League for listeners of The Buff – and will be dishing out monthly prizes, plus recruiting some special guests to play against from the world of Wanderers.

    Episode 15: Uri Geller

    Episode 15: Uri Geller

Psychic powers,  mind-reading, bending stuff with his mind. Uri Geller does it all. But there is so much more to him.

We look at his legendary appearance with Johnny Carson. His involvement with English football teams. Even his beef with the British Spoon Council.

Listen to find out what I don't know about Uri Geller.
