Das Format wurden in den 90er-Jahren auf RTL ausgestrahlt und von Marijke Amado moderiert. Es ging darum, dass Kinder berühmte Persönlichkeiten und deren Hits imitieren.
CONDITIONER
Ein Conditioner ist ein Haarpflegeprodukt, durch das die Haare geschmeidiger wirken, mehr glänzen und sich leichter kämmen lassen.
PRIDE / REGENBOGENPARADE
Alljährlich finden in sehr vielen Städten der Welt Regenbogenparaden (auch Pride genannt) statt. Hier setzen alle Beteiligten ein Zeichen für die Akzeptanz von queeren Menschen und fordern gleiche Rechte für alle.
FIXING POWDER
Um die Grundierung bzw. Foundation zu fixieren, verwenden die meisten Drag Artists loses Puder. Manche nennen es Setting Powder, andere sagen Fixing Powder.
JAWLINE
Jawline ist die englische Bezeichnung für die Kieferpartie bzw. den Kieferknochen.
BOTOX
Botox ist die Kurzform von Botulinumtoxin und, wie der Name schon sagt, ein Gift, das die Ausschüttung eines bestimmten Botenstoffs hemmt. Dadurch erhalten die entsprechenden Muskeln nicht mehr die Information, sich zusammenzuziehen, was wiederum Falten reduziert.
HYALURONSÄURE / FILLER
Hyaluronsäure ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Bindegewebes und für die Elastizität und Festigkeit der Haut verantwortlich. Wir haben sie alle unter der Haut, aber mit zunehmendem Alter schwindet sie. Spritzt man Hyaluron, auch Filler genannt, unter die Haut, wird die Hyaluronsäure in diesem Bereich aufgefüllt und somit verschwinden die Falten.
NEURODERMITIS
Neurodermitis ist eine chronische, nicht ansteckende Hauterkrankung. Typische Anzeichen sind Hautausschlag und starkes Jucken.
MICROBLADING
Beim Microblading werden kleine Schnitte in die Haut gemacht und gleichzeitig mit Farbe gefüllt. Somit entsteht die Illusion, dass die Augenbrauen dichter und gleichmäßiger geformt sind.
FOUNDATION
Grundierung oder Foundation ist die Basis für jedes Make-up und sorgt dafür, dass ein ebenmäßiges Hautbild entsteht.
COLOR CORRECTING
Deckt man unter der Foundation dunkle Stellen wie Bartschatten ab, spricht man von Color Correcting. Dafür wird immer ein kräftiges Orange verwendet, um den blauen Unterton der abzudeckenden Stelle auszugleichen.
TAPEN
Durch das Anbringen von Tape im Schläfenbereich, kann man die Augenpartie straffen und nach oben ziehen. Das Tape wird am Hinterkopf mit viel Zug zusammengebunden.
EYELINER
Eyeliner, auch Lidstrich genannt, ist ein Make-up-Produkt und wird meist am oberen Lid aufgetragen. Er kann in den verschiedensten Farben und Formen vorkommen.
EKTODERMALE DYSPLASIE
Der erbliche Gen-Defekt 'Ektodermale Dyspepsie' wird oft nur ED genannt. Es gibt verschiedene Formen und Ausprägungen der Krankheit.
