Helping people solve complex problems in a playful manner with Manuel Grassler

Helping people solve complex problems in a playful manner with Manuel Grassler
**WRAP-UP** Isn't it the most beautiful job in the world to enable people to play? Talking about that: Don't we forget to play when we grow up, even though it is the most normal thing in the world when we are children? I go even further: it would be disturbing if a child could not play. So what happens to our creativity if we don't give it the space it needs? Today I welcome Manuel Grassler, a playful thinker, a playpreneur. His mission is bringing playful methodologies into the business environment and helping people solve complex problems with a playful manner. Manuel is a workshop facilitator and trainer for methods such as lego serious play, playmobil pro or card-based tools, among others. In this episode you will learn - What the difference is between game and play - How a facilitator can bring his participant to adopt a playful thinking - What the benefits are of such an experience for the participant? **CONTACT - LA WORKSHOPPEUSE / Nathy Ravez** 🙏🏻 Share with me your thoughts about this episode or what you would like to hear in this podcast.Feeling inspired by the conversation in this episode? 3 Takeaways from Rebecca Courtney’s first workshop

3 Takeaways from Rebecca Courtney’s first workshop
In this new episode, I talk to the lovely Rebecca Courtney. She is a facilitation coach at AJ&Smart, whose CEO is no other than her brother Jonathan. She is currently working on a new facilitation course which will be launched in December and has an interesting background, having started her career in education as a teacher. I first met Rebecca online, as she facilitates the bi-weekly Master Workshopper programme community calls, and I also had the chance to meet her personally in Italy at the exclusive event organized by AJ&smart in Italy. In this episode, we talk about the following. 👉🏻 Her background as a teacher and how she stepped out of her comfort zone to take on a new challenge as a facilitation coach. 👉🏻 Her role as a facilitator for Workshopper Master community calls. 👉🏻 How she suddenly started to love the research work (which she didn't like that much in the past) for the preparation of the new facilitation course, which AJ&Smart will launch by the end of the year. 👉🏻 And how her first workshop went in front of 50 highly skilled facilitators and her learnings from that experience. *********************************** I hope you’ll enjoy this new episode 😃 👍🏻 To not miss the next episode, subscribe to the show via your podcast player. 🙏🏻 Share with me your thoughts about this episode Feeling inspired by the conversation in this episode?
