Today, Psalm 46 through 49

 Psalm 46, 
Especially in verse1, points to God as our refuge and strength, a present help in trouble, so there’s no reason to fear. God is with us regardless of what happens, so we can be still and know He remains in control.  

Psalm 47 

Is singing and praising to God with joy, exalting Him. 

Psalm 48

 Is similar to Psalm 47, with encouragement to meditate on His unfailing love.

Psalm 49, 

Recognizing that life on earth is temporary; but God redeems and there is an eternity future in Him.
