Nos explican los inicios del festival, con grandes influencias de ciudades como New York o Berlín; con ellos conversamos sobre las primeras ediciones y de la evolución de All Those en estos casi 10 años de trayectoria.

All Those Food Market, además, es un punto de encuentro para familias cool de Barcelona, y eso ha sido gracias a la predisposición y voluntad de sus fundadores de adaptar los espacios y las actividades a los más pequeños de la familia. Solo así han conseguido que grandes y pequeños sean bienvenidos y felices en este espacio.

This week Darcey is interviewing the amazing Amy Traugh from the Mom on a Mission Company. Amy discusses the invaluable insights on entrepreneurship and managing family priorities.

From establishing core values to setting boundaries and building a supportive community, the Amy shared various tips and advice on how to move closer to your ambitions.

Amy's story is fascinating; it shows how taking a leap of faith during a pandemic could lead to a fulfilling career. Starting a residential home organizing business was a dream come true, but the realization of their passion for marketing and helping other business owners was life-changing.

One important lesson we learned from the episode is the significance of small intentional actions and creating an actionable plan to transition to self-employment. We tend to resist change and uncertainty, but when we acknowledge our fears and take small steps towards achieving our goals, we can create significant change over time. Amy also emphasized how having systems and workflows that work for you, and seeking support from a like-minded community is crucial in building success.
