Brenden Kumarasamy is on a mission to empower the the next Elon Musk with education on communicating effectively.     As a coach of university students in performing well with their communication skills in case competitions, he discovered that all of the knowledge he had wasn’t available on the internet for free.  He set out to change this.   He started his YouTube channel, MasterTalk with humble beginnings, recording videos from the couch in his mom’s basement.  But that didn’t take away from the value in the videos.     Despite his young age (22) when he started this business,  he recognized that many of the changemakers who wanted to make an impact in this world didn’t have the resources they needed.  His goal is to offer free resources for those who can’t afford a communication coach.   Learn more on the MasterTalk YouTube channel. Today's episode is basically facing the problems people have building there business page. Most people loose focus and get uninspired when it comes to boosting business page on social media. But when it comes to their personal page, they have a lot of engagements.

The lesson here is that; you don't need everyone to follow you, you need the right people to follow you. Even if it's just 1 follower or like, start with that.
