To Fight This:
Cultivate self-love.
Replace negative self-talk.
Manage your time spent on social media.
Reach out to someone you trust for guidance and support.

On this episode of The HERShyt Show, Hersh and Felicia Discuss 40 Hour Work Weeks and their effectiveness or lack thereof. Then we found that in Luxembourg, the most productive country, there is an average work week of 29 hours.

Timeline:
1926: Henry Ford popularized the 40-hour work week after he discovered through his research that working more yielded only a small increase in productivity that lasted a short period of time.
 
1938: Congress passed the Fair Labor Standards Act, which required employers to pay overtime to all employees who worked more than 44 hours a week. They amended the act two years later to reduce the work week to 40 hours. 

1940: The 40-hour work week became U.S. law.

According to a past survey from AtTask, this is a general breakdown of how employees spend their time at work: 

45% = primary job duties
40% = meetings, administrative tasks, and "interruptions"
14% = email

Federico Cantini ADF nos habla sobre su trayectoria y de su trabajo en comerciales internacionales, de cómo preparar cada proyecto y cómo lidiar con los clientes y la agencia sin comprometer sus imágenes cinematográficas.

Federico es un argentino que estudió en la Universad del Cine la carrera de dirección de fotografía. Desde 2003 trabaja como DF (como dicen los Argentinos) y ha filmado cientos de videoclips y comerciales en Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru, Brasil, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Estados Unidos, Mexico y muchos países más.

Ha filmado varios largometrajes en Argentina, México y Estados Unidos, entre ellos están « Desearás al hombre de tu hermana », « El estudiante » y « Backseat Driver ». 

En junio de 2016 el American Cinematographer publicó un artículo sobre su trabajo en el cortometraje « Back of my mind ».

Al escuchar a Federico hablar de su trabajo en comerciales, escucharán la reflexión de un director de fotografía de películas, a cada comercial que él hace, le pone tal dedicación, que solo pueden quedar imágenes hermosas y muy fuertes.

Federico es miembro de la ADF, Autores de Fotografía Cinematográfica Argentina.
