Only took them 50 years but the NFL had their first all black officiating crew. It's about time and we as a country have a LONG way to go.
Tom Brady was under a lot of pressure last night and the Rams should have put them away. TB12 had a shot to win it at the end. He may be 43 but he already has 28 TD's this year. Had 27 all of last season with the Pats. TB is 7-4 and hosts KC this weekend. I'd say this season has been a sucess.
Joe Burrow get well soon. They are saying 9-12 months for his recovery. I'm rooting for him.
CBB is having a Covid-19 problem too. The men and women. Tomorrow is opening day. Going to be an interesting season.

Ike is the magic and Misty is the talent or so they decided.
We started out talking what the greatest sports movies are and then it turned into 20 hours on Kevin Costner. Btw- Despite what we say in the episode- Kevin Costner WAS NOT in A League of Our Their Own. He was not the coach, nor the owner of the team.
But Ike did run into Kevin once on set and plant his face on his chest.
Misty sadly tells how she feels about Fever Pitch despite her undying love of Jimmy Fallon.
VARSITY BLUES!
And P.S. Matthew Lillard is really like the best human.
Matt & Todd produce a spoiler-free review from quarantine after seeing Field of Dreams (1989) starring Kevin Costner, James Earl Jones, and Ray Liotta.
In this week's episode we believe in the church of baseball and if you build it THEY will come. Meghan thinks Jacqueline will like Bull Durham and Jacqueline thinks Meghan will like Field of Dreams.

Support the showPeople have to work, no mystery there. What is a mystery, though, is how best to make sense out of busy schedules when kids are in the picture. Do you want to know who holds the key to that mystery? Us too! That's why we talked with Josh Cecot, someone who juggles an irregular schedule as the General Manager of a restaurant with being a husband and a dad of two.
In this episode of Modern Dadhood, Marc and Adam commiserate about the aches and pains that come with getting older, and about graduating from a crib to a toddler bed.
The podcast's introductory guest is Josh Cecot, and the three discuss the pros of having one-on-one time with your children when you're solo parenting, and the cons of having less time as a complete family unit than you'd like. Additionally, we discuss:
• the feeling of guilt when work prevents you from being with your kids
• the importance of distraction
• restaurant etiquette when you're dining with kids
• staying at work a little later than you need to as a favor to your spouse
• the desire to take your children on adventures
• the need for hand signals with other parents in public
• the importance of letting it go-- (not like the song)
Josh Cecot proved his candidacy as a returning guest right away. He'll be on our short list... especially because he showed up with 80s movie references at the ready, and good craft beer.
