    S1EP82 The Year I Almost Lost Myself...Again

    S1EP82 The Year I Almost Lost Myself...Again

People are complex; and I'm no exception. I always wanted to be a mom, and I've always wanted to help people. Help them live their best life - whether its through exercise, looking good in the clothes they wear, healthy eating, or improving their self-love, and self-care routines.

Those two things can be very much at odds - especially with my time - and this past year really highlighted that fact.

Join me today as I share about a revelation I had one night after everyone else had gone to bed.

It's so easy to get caught up in the daily routine, the daily tasks, that it's easy to lose yourself in that routine. But it's called the "daily grind" for a reason. It will grind you down, wear you out, and leave nothing of you behind if you're not careful.

The good news is, no matter how far off course you get, you can take steps to get back on track.
