    compliance. She has a proven track record of working at top executive levels within leading
    global organizations and Fortune 500 companies, especially private equity real estate firms.
    She is comfortable navigating countries and challenges to consistently deliver bottom line
    results.
    Ms O’Neill was a founding partner of the award-winning and industry-leading private equity real
    estate investment firm Tristan Capital Partners, London, UK, which manages over €9 Billion
    (AUM) for US and EMEA clients. In 2010, she launched Tristan’s brand capitalizing on her
    strong relationships with global institutional clients and the international media. She was a
    managing member of the team that led the growth of the firm from six to 100 employees in just
    six years and remains today an active senior advisor with Tristan consulting on a range of
    business development issues.
    Ms O’Neill was integral to the managed lift out of Tristan from real estate investment manager
    AEW Europe, where the firm’s founding partners originated from, and brought €1.5 billion in
    client capital to the new company.
    At AEW she led all business development efforts and served on the Global Business Policy
    Group, European Management Committee, and Executive Business Officers Committee. She
    was also an active member of the compliance, risk management and leadership groups of
    AEW. Ms O’Neill led a team of 270 AEW Europe staff in eight offices across Europe.
    In her earlier Washington, DC years. Ms O’Neill led the business development team for
    international multi-manager, Strategic Investment Group founded by Hilda Ochoa

    Before we start my Savings Challenge which will begin the first week of January 2021,  I gotta make sure y'all minds is ready to save! 

    Mindful Money Moment Segment

    Main 3️⃣ gems dropped this episode include;

    💎Decrease your spending by ✂️ back on eating out, and entertainment, reevaluating your  membership accounts, utility bills, car insurance, cable/phone bills, and restructuring your current debt obligations with consolidations or refinancing.   

    💎Open a savings account for the savings challenge so you can monitor your progress for this particular savings goal.

    💎Get an accountability partner before the last week on December.  This person should be someone you trust and some that will push you to achieve your goal!

    Once again Mindfully Rich Podcast will be hosting its first  Savings Challenge, but because I want us to be successful the Savings Mindset Episode Part I & II are guides to explain how to building savings habits through following a process, and how to eliminate debt to make room for saving money.

    Remember a systems mindset is when you give your mind perspective into what you need to change in your life to make a goal come to fruition.  For this specific savings challenge, we're developing a savings system that will affect our overall physical, mental, and financial health for the better!

    We’re also following the S.M.A.R.T goals system to accomplish this savings challenge goal;

    • Specific | $5K is the challenges savings goal

    • Measurable |  Each week the savings amount will be posted on Mindfully Rich Podcast IG & Facebook page

    • Achievable | In December you'll have to analyze your finances to determine what you'll need to do to make this goal achievable to complete the savings challenge

    • Results-Focused | Throughout this savings challenge our focus is on making a way to achieve the goal and the result will be saving $5K

    • Time-Bound | This is a 52 - week savings challenge and the goal is to focus on hitting our end result goal of $5K at the end

    Financial Self Care Tip of The Week Segment

    Lastly, for the financial self-care tip segment, I gave y'all the amount you'll be saving the first week of the challenge $20.  In your journals, write down week 1 = $20

    Next, open a savings account at the credit union of your choosing.  You need a separate saving account for this challenge and you'll thank me in the end I promise🙌🏾!

    Next, I outlined the  S.M.A.R.T goals system that we'll use to accomplish this savings challenge goal; 

    • S stands for Specific | $5K is the challenges savings goal  
    • M stands for Measurable Each week the savings amount will be posted on Mindfully Rich Podcast IG & Facebook page
    • A stands for Achievable | In December you'll have to analyze your finances to determine what you'll need to do to make this goal achievable to complete the savings challenge
    • R stands for Results - Focused | Throughout this savings challenge our focus is on making a way to achieve the goal and the result will be saving $5K

    Lastly, for the financial self-care tip segment, I instructed ya'll to get a journal to utilize throughout the savings challenge, and I want you to write $5K on the first line of the first page, then write down what I would mean for you to save this money and below that write down what you're will to give up in order to achieve the savings challenge goal.
