The Psychology of Real Estate. Special Guest Sam Hunter (my beautiful brother!)

Sam has his finger on the people side of real estate, and yes, he's my beautiful brother.

While Sam is passionate about real estate, it's the people side that drives him, and where he has built his name. Sam has just moved back from the UK where he established himself as having the knack for understanding the psychology of real estate. In his travels, he with colleagues, set up UK based Homesearch.
    https://homesearch.co.uk/about-us/

Sam prides himself on listening to people and working to understand their personal needs and challenges when facing the ever daunting challenge of buying and selling real estate. He loves to study the big picture, and to learn from the mistakes we all make when facing perhaps the biggest financial investment of our lives. Be wise, not fearful, is what I heard from this podcast, and Sam generously gives us a sneak peak into this wisdom.

I love you Sam, and I loved having this conversation with you and learning even more about your world and your headspace. I admire you immensely. An absolute heartfelt thankyou for sharing with us.

    Is Social Security Running Out?

    Is Social Security Running Out?

"Is Social Security Running Out?" People already have worry & anxiety over retirement. Being alarmist with information cloaked in awareness needlessly elevates the strife.

Knowing how the SS system works and what to expect, near-term retirees can DIY or partner with a financial planner or financial coach to adjust their retirement funding plan.

    Conversation Insights:

    • Brief SS System history and why the history is essential in how we view the SS benefit funds our retirement.
    • Understand how tax collection funds the SS System describing its shortcomings and survival.
    • Why the narrative of "running out" exists. How did we get a surplus, and why is the surplus, but not the system, running out?
    • What happens to our benefits when the surplus funds run out, and the system tax collections fund our benefits?
    • How can people supplement their retirement resources beyond social security and live their desired retirement lifestyle?
