    Today Im joined by Alex Sarama (@AlexJSarama) and Adam Omiecinski (@PolkaAdam)!

    Alex is a basketball coach and educator for Basketball Immersion where they deliver educational content to coaches sound the world. He is also the head coach of College Prep in Borgomanero, Italy and previously worked w/ NBA Europe in Madrid, Spain.  He also teaches at basketball  camps all over the world

     Alex’s focus is on helping coaches stimulate their thinking by combining their personal and practical experiences with the empirical evidence which exists within the research world. Many of these evidence-informed coaching ideas that Alex shares are based upon the Constraint Led Approach (CLA). 

    Alex specializes in helping coaches make sense of the research, putting this into basketball-specific examples so that coaches can immediately integrate these ideas into their practices I


    Adam his a previous guest on this podcast back on episode 12!..Adam  is a basketball Coach from Upstate NY who focuses on Player Development.

    He is currently coaching as an assistant at SUNY Adirondack and for Dags Basketball, where he gets to work with athletes from as young as the age of 7 to the occasional Professional. Prior to these positions, Adam assisted at his High School alma mater of Hudson Falls  for 10 years.
