    Wake Up!

    Wake Up!

Awake oh sleeper!!  I believe that is the word the Lord wants me to share.  He brought me this word in a dream, I feel I must disclose, I am not "schooled". but, I don't think that's who God is looking for, I also believe that's why He chose to give me that dream.  He is awakening something in me, a boldness to proclaim His goodness, and His mercy, and His return.

Here's the deal, everyone will have to stand before God when we die.and in a sense, He will be coming back sooner than not for some over others, but I also believe He is coming back in the global "Biblical" sense.  I am so honored that He would choose me, and speak such a word to me, I feel it would be dishonoring if I didn't share it.

I love you guys and I hope this hits you the way it did me.  "Awake oh sleeper". in Jesus name!

"Do you want to be made well?"

"Do you want to be made well?"

    Hello there,

When a patient is sick, they know they are sick. They have a fever, they are fatigued or maybe they are dehydrated. These are symptoms, signs that show the person needs treatment. What about sin? What are the symptoms? Emptiness? Sadness? Depression? Fear? Confusion? The symptoms vary but just like sickness, if sin is not treated, it leads to death. In, this episode, we see how a sick man who wanted healing serves as a good example of how our want of healing may help us grasp the ever-ready hand of God.

    You need to trust Him

    You need to trust Him

Sometimes what we want is not what we need. You may want to do things your way as you have every right to but you may need to trust the advice of others. This is such a story where a man wanted to find healing for his son but needed to trust the Healer. I invite you as we traverse through the story of the healing of the royal official's son as it is recorded in John 4:46-54.

    Just do it

    Just do it

One does not need to look further than their own experience to realize that the best things in life come when one decides to risk it all and go all out. One only needs to take a leap of faith, brace for the storm and look forward to the rainbows and sunshine on the other side. But risk solely is not sufficient. One needs to be honest with themselves and be aware of their flaws. Otherwise, one step forward might result in two steps backward. Let us consider Peter in Matthew 4:13–22  and Luke 5:1-11.

Can you have some water, please?

Can you have some water, please?

In this episode, we get to learn that we are all thirsting for something better. Not to rubbish what we have, but in Jesus' words, "Store up treasures where neither moths nor rust can damage nor where thieves can steal." In this episode, a woman searching for water at a well gets what she is looking for... well, maybe, not exactly. 🙂

He must increase, I must decrease

He must increase, I must decrease

In this episode, we get to learn that following Jesus sometimes causes friction, externally, or internally. We are sometimes challenged, troubled, or confused about whether or not or why we should follow Him. Borrowing a leaf from John the Baptist, the key is this; humble submission. Join me in this episode as John answers this question asked by his disciples, "Why are people flocking to Jesus?"
    God bless you. 🙏

    Cleaning a dirty house

    Cleaning a dirty house

Today, we are travelling to Jerusalem to attend an ancient feast. But Jesus is not impressed with the state of a house in the city. He has got a big cleaning job He has to undertake. Question is will the occupants allow it and like it? And are they legitimate occupants or invaders?

Hey, welcome to a new season of the For God So Loved Podcast. This episode is a prologue to the Gospel with Luke 1:1-4 and John 1:1-18 being of primary focus. Jesus' life, death, and resurrection is the best news to ever exist in the universe. Yet many even professed Christians, do not acknowledge Him in their lives. We hope that you will be blessed with a deep understanding of what God's love looks like in the personhood of Jesus the Christ. God bless you. Also, we have a song from my dear friend Franklin Bosire. He sings about how much an enemy Satan is and how our hope and salvation is rooted in God's goodness, love, and grace through Jesus.
Intro track: Homeroad by Kai Engel.
Outro track: Adui (Enemy) by Boss Franklin.

    Star Wars

    Star Wars

Hey, do you remember that when Adam and Eve sin, there is such a thing as evil? The tree of knowledge of good and evil as well as the evil serpent are all pieces of evidence in support of this. How come? Well, it all began in heaven, with a being of perfect beauty and wisdom...Lucifer. Find out what led to his apostasy in this episode of the For God So Loved podcast. God bless you.

    Ashamed

    Ashamed

In this episode, we turn our attention to Genesis 3. We pick up from the previous chapter where the man and the woman were not ashamed. We see how the sin of Adam and his wife introduced shame, a symbol of guilt, and a troubled conscious when we live contrary to God's will. We also see God's plan to resolve the problem as revealed through a very appropriate symbol: The woman's seed shall crush the head of the serpent.
    Be blessed!

    Kalah

    Kalah

In this episode, we focus our study on Genesis 2. We conclude the creation narrative from Genesis chapter 1 and readjust our focus to the creation of God's peculiar treasure; humanity. We explore various themes in the chapter including seventh-day rest, human beings as living souls, God's law of life and love, and the institution of marriage. Lauryn Ogendi Mochoge also graces us with a soul uplifting hymn. We hope you will be blessed.

    Bereshith

    Bereshith

In this episode, we explore the creation narrative in Genesis chapter 1. How does it shape our humanity? We explore why a creative God is good news for us and how as He created, all He could think about was you and me.
