She co-founded her own private meteorological consulting company, Thermodynamic Solutions LLC ("TDS Weather"), in 2016 which provides customized weather forecasts to various industries including snow removal and landscaping, hospitals, minor league baseball, NFL training camps, outdoor event venues, farmers, sled dog teams, and more. Beth also gives weather-related talks at elementary schools each year, discussing storm development, storm chasing, and weather safety.
