Bruce Levine and David Haugh opened their show by reviewing the All-Star Game and breaking down the Cubs earning a win and the White Sox suffering a loss in their openers of the second half Friday evening. Later, White Sox outfielder Gavin Sheets joined the show to discuss his team's outlook for the second half of the season.

Laurence Holmes was joined by Danny Parkins and Matt Spiegel for their daily transition segment. They discussed the OPS of the White Sox lineup and it's not great.

In the second hour, Laurence Holmes was joined by James Fegan of the Athletic to discuss the White Sox winning their series against the Yankees over the weekend, New York third baseman Josh Donaldson disrespecting Chicago shortstop Tim Anderson with a "Jackie" Robinson comment and more. Later, Holmes listened to comments from Marquee Sports Network analyst Doug Glanville, White Sox catcher Yasmani Grandal and closer Liam Hendriks reacting to Donaldson's comment to Anderson.
