Podcasting, the New Generation of Blogging
Leftovers & Mid Life Skateboard
I might just have a permanent cohost
So in this week's episode, Jason and Tony talk about Jason's quick trip down to LA to go see his mama, and of course, he has to pay homage to In-N-Out Burger. The similarities between our parents and how technology and age don't always play nice and tolerance for change goes to zero. Also, in this episode, I get an opportunity to talk to Jason about what it's like to be Jewish in a time where not only war is breaking out in the west bank and Gaza but attacks right here in LA and New York City. And how that makes him feel being Jewish and having to worry about such craziness. We also spent some time talking about our grandparents, the social norms of their times, and what was OK then or tolerated than in no way would be OK today. Jason and Tony spend quite a bit of time weaving their way through white privilege and what that means. Tony digs his heels in on the fact that he is Italian and not white and wants Italians put back on the little check box on all the paperwork you fill out at the doctor's office. Among other crazy topics, everything from taxes to Jason's a little more liberal, and Tony is a little more conservative and how that works in today's society. Sit back, relax and enjoy this episode.
Support the showSitting down with Jason Lowy
My guest this week is Jason Lowy a life long friend, best man at my wedding, father of two, husband to one of the greatest women I know, and an all-around good guy with all those nice things being said about Jason we spent about an hour or so getting caught up life during the pandemic and what's basically been going on the last 10 years since my wife and I moved to the East Coast. We had a lot of fun reminiscing and being nostalgic about our younger days pre-spouse and pre-children and also talk about the joys of growing old chilling out and just getting comfortable in our own skin. Sit back, relax, and enjoy.

Getting the shot!
I talk about the unexpected weight being lifted off my shoulders after getting my first Covid shot and exploring the media's obsession with bad news and doom and gloom and how that affected my mood and attitude. I share my story of the last year and my mental health and how the fog has been lifted at least for me
Support the showMask or Not To Mask that was my Question
Mask or not to mask that is the question or at least the question that I asked. In this episode, my guest host Trish the dish from Gen X voice unpack the difference between what the media is telling us about each state and what's actually happening in the state. I recently did some traveling by car to Florida, the experience of what the media is telling me about Florida and that the governor has lifted the mask mandate and what the businesses are actually doing seem to be two different things if you want to go buy groceries get gas go to a liquor store or any small or large business in between you better still have your mask with you because although the state isn't requiring it the businesses are so with that being said no shirt no shoes no mask no service!

Part two with Trish The Dish
In this episode, we tackle the taboo subjects of a mask or no mask. It sucks getting old and getting gray hair at least in my opinion and how the media changes our perception based on what they choose to show us. Basically, Trish and I hang out for another hour perusing topics and subjects sit back enjoy and have a good time.
Support the showSitdown With Trish The Dish of GenX Voice
So, where do I start with this episode? After becoming fast friends with a fellow Podcaster named Trish the Dish from the GenX Voice, it wasn't tough to convince her to sit down with me for what I thought would be a good half hour to a 45-minute conversation about all things Gen X which turned into two, one and a half-hour episodes. So here's part one where we start with talking about the pandemic where we've lived, how these youngsters treat us like old people when we still feel like we're teenagers ourselves "Kinda" and how Trish found herself in Twitter jail, amongst other things. Please sit back, relax and enjoy this two-part series with Trish the dish and myself, Tony Randazzo, for what turns out to be a pretty epic ride; enjoy.

Support the showBonus Tony Randazzo
So, this bonus episode basically talks about kind of a brief history of who I am, how I got here, and what I'm all about in general I don't go super in-depth into any one topic; this just gives you an idea of who Tony Randazzo is and kind of what I'm all about so enjoy this extra episode let me know what you think
