Life is a series of losses that need to be grieved. Not all life, and not all losses need to be grieved. Just the important ones, the big ones. The ones that change who you are. Trusting God during times of extreme pain and loss can be difficult. But you don't have to do it alone. We have each other. And we have a friend that sticks closer than a brother. Jesus.

Holidays can heighten the already tumultuous waters of the grief experience for grievers and their support people. Let's discuss the pitfalls that we may* encounter and how to better prepare ourselves to assist in moving through the holidays (or birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) with a bit more grace and ease. Personally? Cursing helps a little. ;)
