    Activate News - New Dealer Announcement: Birkey's Farm Store

    We're excited to announce that Birkey’s Farm Store has chosen our Activate Customers solution to support their inspection and service excellence program.  With 17 locations across Illinois and Indiana, Birkey’s is a leading dealer for CaseIH and Case Construction equipment.

    In a recent conversation Ryan Bennett, Birkey’s Director of Parts and Service, shared with us that the Activate solution was selected because he believes it will enable Birkey’s to help its customers proactively manage the health and condition of their equipment.

    Ryan is excited that Activate will bring consistency to Birkey’s inspection follow-up process and help the customer manage their backlog of issues on equipment.  He noted that the reminders and reoccurrences that can be set within Activate will help them drive a lot of business that is currently lost. 

    With Activate, Birkey’s will also be able to easily share very specific recommendations and supporting visual evidence of equipment issues with the customer, making it an easy decision for the customer to address equipment issues that they may have let go in the past.

    Lastly, Ryan noted that he was impressed by the level of service and responsiveness of the Activate team, stating “Activate is a great solution that has been created and managed by great people”.
