We are back with our reoccurring segment Rate & Review. This week we are continuing horror month of topics with Halloween Ends the last installment to the Halloween franchise.
What makes a good horror movie? It's hard to say, but there are some things you can look for in a film that promises to make you feel creepy.
Second, a good horror movie needs a lot of suspense and tension.
Thirdly, we need character development throughout the entire film.
