Aujourd’hui, je partage avec vous un extrait de ma conversation à venir avec Hayatte Maazouza, programme manager au sein de la fondation L’Oréal et membre du conseil d’administration de Génération France.

Hayatte a jusque-là connu une carrière vraiment inspirante et un parcours très éclectique. Elle a exercé dans l’associatif, la fonction publique, privée mais également dans le milieu philanthropique et en politique.

Dans cet épisode, Hayatte revient sur son enfance à Trappes au sein d’une famille d’origine marocaine très modeste où elle est l’unique fille d’une fratrie de quatre.

Elle relate le choc subi lors de son arrivée en prépa et en école de commerce notamment face au déterminisme social et au manque de mixité sociale dans ces milieux.

Hayatte évoque les raisons qui l’ont incité à suivre des études et des métiers engagés, ainsi que son moteur dans ses prises de décisions relatives à ses choix d’opportunités professionnelles.

Nous avons également abordé la question de son engagement politique et les circonstances qui l’ont conduit à être le bras droit de Benoit Hammon dans sa course à la présidentielle de 2017.

Enfin, Hayatte partage à cœur ouvert ses interrogations et ses prises de conscience sur la maternité, de la grossesse au post partum.
