A lifetime of adventure has given Jeff Shapiro a unique perspective. He sat down with us to share some of what he's learned about his mind and body, the world, and life itself.

As an all around adventure athlete and outdoorsman, it’s hard to find an activity that Jeff doesn’t do. He’s cultivated a wide range of skills over his life and spends much of his time in the air - as a pilot, sky jumping, BASE jumping, wingsuit flying, hang gliding, or paragliding. He also practices falconry with his bird Cyrus, runs ultra marathons, surfs, and is an elite level rock and alpine climber. But, best of all, Jeff spreads inspiration, wisdom, and good will wherever he roams.

Nope, it's not Wednesday. This week we're dropping the podcast early to coincide with the big news around Intense and today's guest, Jeff Steber.
