I'm finally dedicating an entire episode to my journey of finding independence. It may sound odd to those of you who are naturally independent, but for me it was something I really had to work on. I explain my rude awakening of realizing it was a big issue that I couldn't be alone and how I went from there. It started with really reflecting on myself and trying to face my fears. I also explain how I started to build my relationship with myself and enjoy my own company. If you struggle with independence know that you're not alone and you can work on it just like I did :)

This week’s episode is inspired by several situations I’ve been in recently and by advice I was raised on. That advice is to focus on what you can control and not on what you can’t. Many situations are out of your control in life so the idea is to carefully choose how you react. Not being immediately reactive in difficult moments is challenging but rewarding to keep your inner peace. Taking a moment to pause and think before reacting has helped me a ton. I dive into moments recently when I reacted differently in different situations and explain why I think that is.

I was so excited to record this episode since my first psychic reading was fascinating!! I couldn't wait to share everything I heard. I've always wanted to do an episode diving deep into the five love languages since I find them fascinating!
