Let's talk Torah. This week is the ending and beginning of the Torah reading cycle. Simchat Torah is the celebration of the revelation of Torah, as Torah scrolls are danced with in the streets symbolizing the joy of the Word of God. This week is also the beginning of the new reading cycle, beginning in Genesis where we see the Spirit of God hovering over darkness.
