Running a business is truly like riding a rollercoaster. 🎢  In this episode, I share my biggest ups and downs during my 3-year journey of building my design studio, Eclectic Designs .CO.

Let's talk about hiring out tasks and what types of tasks you should hire out for in different phases of your business. A lot of TPT sellers, even in the early stages of their business, are thinking about what they can hire out for and then there are a lot of people who've been doing it all on their own for a very long period of time. 

But you find yourself asking - What do I hire out for? How do I prioritize the money that I have based on the stage of business that I'm in?

 Today, we're going to talk about three different levels of hiring out: beginner. intermediate, and advanced levels within your business.

It's important to understand that every business is different and so the advice that I'm gonna give here is gonna be very generalized for most people. Let's get started!

As entrepreneurs moving into business ownership where we need to hire employees, a bridge may be to hire a virtual assistant or VA. Molly Rose Speed is an expert on this subject. She is also a creative thinker and problem solver. As a military wife,  frequently moving around, she found the solution in entrepreneurship as a VA. She took it a step further and trained other military wives to do the same thing. She now has two businesses. One training VA's and the other hiring VA's out to those businesses and entrepreneurs who need to delegate part the operations so they can began to scale. There is a caveat to this next step - and that is having clarity on what to delegate and what to keep doing yourself. And don't forget about automation to help support a smoother operation.
