Sara Irisdotter Aldenmyr, docent i Pedagogiskt arbete vid Högskolan Dalarna, introducerar vad etisk medvetenhet i professionellt lärarskap kan innebära. Hur kan man som lärare resonera kring syftet för sin lärargärning och i vems tjänst man arbetar som lärare? Etiken kan erbjuda intellektuella redskap när lärare ställer sig dessa frågor.

Under flera dagar i februari och mars 2013 höll Dalarna University Centre for Irish Studies (DUCIS) vid Högskolan Dalarna framträdanden och events med irländskt tema. Mr. Héctor Hugo Trinchero, Dean of the Faculty of Arts (University of Buenos Aires, Argentina), visited Dalarna University in September 2012 in order to sign an academic agreement.
