This special episode features our first ever Becky Hammon Mid-Major Player of the Year, Ciara Duffy from the University of South Dakota.  Duffy led the Coyotes to a 30-2 season while averaging 16.9 points against Division I opponents this season, and her 1.21 points per scoring attempt is in the top four percent of the nation. As a facilitator, Duffy averaged 5.0 assists and just 2.5 turnovers per game.

On the Tuesday March 5 edition of BangTheBook Radio, host Adam Burke was joined by professional handicapper Kyle Hunter of HunterSportsPicks and BangTheBook.com for this week’s first of two Handicapping the Hardwood segments. The guys covered seven conference tournaments with betting odds, picks, and predictions for the Patriot League, Big South Conference, Horizon League, Northeast Conference, Ohio Valley Confence, Missouri Valley Conference, and the West Coast Conference.

That’s right. Seven conference tournament college basketball betting breakdowns on one show. You heard general conference tournament betting tips for sides and totals and those specific to the individual conferences, as the guys talked about their picks to win, money line rollovers, hedging opportunities, and so much more.

On the Monday February 4 edition of BangTheBook Radio, host Adam Burke was joined by professional handicapper Kyle Hunter of HunterSportsPicks.com and BangTheBook.com for the Handicapping the Hardwood segment. The guys talked Horizon League per listener request, looked at fade/follow and regression teams, and previewed for games for this week.

The Horizon League has some interesting history and some good betting spots to consider. Along with looking at those, Kyle gave us his rank of the teams in that league and some of the things that he handicaps. The guys also looked at a couple of regression candidates and some fade and follow teams before looking at this week’s betting opportunities, including Kansas vs. Kansas State and LSU vs. Mississippi State.

On the Tuesday January 22 edition of BangTheBook Radio, host Adam Burke was joined by professional handicapper Ralph Michaels of WagerTalk.com for this week’s Capping the Card segment. Adam and Ralph discussed the early betting odds and line moves for Super Bowl LIII and continued our conference breakdowns by talking about the Big East and the Horizon League.

The line for Patriots vs. Rams has been bouncing around a little bit and the guys gave their thoughts on that and talked about when to enter the market for the Super Bowl. Then it was all about college basketball, as the guys looked at the Big East and the Horizon League in deep detail to showcase some betting angles, situational spots, and to rank the teams in those leagues. Ralph’s top plays for Tuesday night wrapped up the segment.
