    35: How To Gain 63lbs of Muscle in ONE MONTH

    Casey Viator gain 63lbs of muscle doing workouts taking only 34 minutes. his coach Arthur Jones believed in negatives only for his workouts and was selling machines, programs, and philosophy based around this. Despite a few small conflicts like that it is still noteworthy that Arnold Schwarzennegar claimed Casey trained harder than almost anyone he knew. 
    -
    A few noteworthy things are that Casey before this program had Lost 20lbs from injury so a lot of the size was from Gaining muscle after cast removal and he had a financial Incentive of $ per lb gained. His diet was Eating over 5000 calories and 250-400g of protein over 6-8 meals. This was a Huge program change which makes a new stimulus and the majority of the muscle he gained was old muscle gain that was never surpassed.

    This study hasn’t been replicated and people claim that Casey admitted in private to using steroids. I think it is Natural to be skeptical of these huge claims. That being said, lets get into it.
