How to keep going, when you want to quit
How many times have you told yourself and others, "I'm going to lose 20lbs this year, that's my goal". Then after 4 weeks you forgot what your goal was. How many times have you "started your weight loss journey" but quit over and over again. I;ve said this before and will always live by this. It's not the lack of discipline, drive, or passion, it's the lack of self belief you have of yourself that makes these goals seem impossible. Believe in yourself!
