Davi Birks is an entrepreneur, podcaster, and avid mountain biker. He co-founded HKT products, a sporting goods manufacturing company run by bikers. He’s also the host of The Ride Companion Podcast where he talks all things mountain biking with incredible people in the industry. Davi has been a guest on the show many times, but we’re covering a brand new topic— injuries. Last year, Davi suffered a life-changing crash. He battled broken bones, head injuries, and severe pain, and still has a long recovery ahead of him. In this episode, Davi and I both talk about the injuries we’ve faced as bikers and our intense experiences recovering from them.
