    Season 2, Episode 1

Description: Welcome to the Saybrook Insights Podcast, a proud production of Saybrook University. We’re an online, non-profit, regionally accredited university headquartered in beautiful Pasadena California. Celebrating 50 years this coming year, our humanistic approach to online education has resulted in thousands of alumni the world over advancing the health and well-being of the communities we serve.

My name is Nathan Long, University President and host of this podcast. I am pleased to say that we are now starting up Season 2 of our podcast and am excited by the guests we have in our line-up complementing our continued Mindful Moments series coordinated by the College of Integrative Medicine and Health Sciences faculty. We will release guest interviews typically every Wednesday and Friday along with our Mindful Moments which will continue regularly over the coming months.

Season 2, Episode 1, I had the opportunity to catch up with alumna, Dr. Arielle Dance, a graduate of our Mind-Body Medicine program in the College of Integrative Medicine and Health Sciences. We spent time talking about her current creative endeavors linking her integrative health work with her other identity: that of budding children’s author.

Episode 68: The Saybrook Experience with Merraf, Jannelle, Richard, Heather, & Tracy

Today’s episode is part of a new feature entitled “The Saybrook Experience” in which I connect with students, faculty, staff, and alumni about what it’s like to be part of our unique, powerful institution. I met several students and alumni each of whom brought unique insights from their time at Saybrook. I think you’ll find each of their stories extremely inspiring, highlighting the power of a Saybrook educational experience.
