In this conversation I am talking to three subject matter experts from IBM (Angela Preece, Tom Fleetham, and Mairead Dooley-ffrench) about some of the latest developments in tech, such as AI and cognitive computing, blockchain, voicebots and how they are used in practice. In this session, I will be joined by Ivo Koerner from IBM. Ivo is IBM’s VP for Systems in Europe and we will be discussing why it is so important to make the right strategic investments in technology and data today. Companies, big and small, are under pressure to reduce costs and survive. 

However, every business hoping to expand (including small and medium sized companies) needs to make sure they emerge from the pandemic and the economic crisis in a way that allows them to thrive in the new normal. Ivo and I will be discussing how to make the right strategic investments in technology and data now to deliver a competitive advantage in the future.
