    For å bli en bedre løper dro jeg i februar 2018 på en tre ukers lang treningsleir i Etiopia. Her bodde jeg og trente på 2700moh. Jeg gikk vitenskapelig til verks for å måle effekten høyden hadde på kroppen min og tok blodprøver, VO2maks-test og laktat-profil hos Nimi før og etter oppholdet. I denne episoden av "Nå er det alvor" tar jeg deg med på hele prosessen. Og det ville jo selvfølgelig ikke vært en vaskeekte Nå er det alvor-episode uten alvorlige avsporinger innimellom.
