This episode provides a roadmap to avoid the distractions of social media scrolling and idle phone games, offering instead ten impactful strategies for achieving a productive dopamine boost.

Here are 10 things you can do to get a productive dopamine hit:

1. Complete a small task: Crossing an item off your to-do list, no matter how small, can trigger a dopamine release and give you a sense of accomplishment.
2. Help someone else: Helping others is a well-known mood booster and can also lead to increased productivity and feelings of satisfaction.
3. Get moving: Exercise is a natural mood enhancer that can help improve focus and concentration.
4. Learn something new: Learning a new skill or even just reading a book or blog can stimulate the brain and release dopamine.
5. Practice gratitude: Taking a few minutes to reflect on the things you are grateful for can boost your mood and overall well-being.
6. Tidy your workspace: A clean and organized workspace can help to reduce stress and improve focus, leading to a more productive workday.
7. Listen to music: Listening to upbeat or motivational music can improve mood and energy levels.
8. Spend time in nature: Spending time outdoors has been shown to reduce stress and improve mental well-being. I love to take a stretch break by walking barefoot on the grass in my yard.
9. Connect with loved ones: Social interaction with friends and family can boost mood and feelings of well-being. 
10. Take a break: Sometimes the best way to be productive is to take a short break to relax and recharge. That is why I teach my members of the Profitable CEO Accelerator to include a Goddess Self-care Day in their Balanced Workweek.

One of the first things I have my members of the Profitable CEO Accelerator complete is a time, money, and energy audit then set up their Balanced Workweek.

This reveals to me where they are finding their dopamine hits and we edited out those that do not serve their bigger “why”. It also helps align their actions with the beliefs of their next-level self.

There's no structure and likely no show notes. I just riff and flow on what is pleasurable to me... And perhaps you'll find pleasure in it too. 

It may be about having more sex as a muse to your marketing art... 

It may be a little girl on girl  action with interviews I've done on other women's podcasts. (Get your mind out of the gutter!)

Or it may be about the pure bliss of a Goddess Day and how it activates your sacral.
