How to Become a Resourced Woman

How to Become a Resourced Woman

    What is a resourced woman?

A resourced woman feels grounded and rooted in her own body.
She has the capacity and the ability to feel into her inner world
She is attuned to how she is feeling inside the expressions of emotion that rise in life experiences.

To be resourced is to feel regulated, rooted and connected to the wellspring of energy within and to live embodied and connected to this source of energy

To be resourced for me is to experience presence in connection and relationship to myself, to life, to others, to my business, and to my family. And all of those threads of connection are sourced from the connection that is within

Are you longing to deepen connection to yourself?

    Emotions

When we’re young we follow a path that is laid out for us. As we mature we begin to forge our own path. Each of us carry an entire universe within ourselves, what some people may call the inner world. Do you ever find that you don’t really know who you are or even know what that means? I think a good place to start is our emotions. our emotions can tell us a lot about ourselves and serve as an indicator  or a guide.

Kristen is a clinical social worker and therapist, who has a deep sense of self and community. She’s great at asking questions that helps the other person discover their own answer.
