We talk about the local fishery as it moves into spring patterns, conservation issues both local and at the state level & we also get an update on the water temp. It's holding just below where it needs to be to really set the season off. Any time now the inshore bite should bust loose but it is dependent on the bait showing up in shallower water and the air temp staying warm over night. The good news is the fishing inshore is still good and will only get better as the water temps climb and stabilize. The even better news is that they are catching pompano & whiting in good numbers off the beach and the big schools of jacks are also around.
