    In this episode, I delve into the questions about Spiritual Awakening.
    During a conversation with a friend, we were talking about the awakened people we see in the world today, and what they are awakened to. 

    While gradually more people have begun to see the world for what it truly is, this number still feels like the minority and of that, fewer still are experiencing a spiritual awakening. 

    My reasoning for this was that awakening to the world happens in reaction to an external catalyst  - most recently the orchestration of the global pandemic. Whereas a spiritual awakening is sparked by an internal desire. A need to experience more to life than the prescribed norms.  

    Being in the space of that yearning ultimately attracts what is necessary to guide us on that path. 

    As per the quote “When the student is ready, the teacher appears”

    The meditation breathing practice I have included incorporates Conscious Connected Breathing a powerful transforming process with Solfeggio Frequency 852Hz that aligns us with the spiritual order of the world.

But it can also become very destructive and disruptive. What you desired to be accomplished, those goals and dreams you were chasing, might have vanished because of where you quit in your mind. In order to overcome the drawback of how habits can benefit you, you have to recreate what you don't know and set new standards for your mind. That's where your mind will make an exception to the habitual rule allowing you to set your dreams and goals in full motion.  So get uncomfortable and experience success. The K.I.S.S. ~  Get uncomfortable and experience success! Success is different for everyone. So as you are moving forward in your transition, creating space to make a change, focus on what you need and how you define success.  That in itself will give you an experience worth living. Now getting uncomfortable, that's really simple.
    - Do what you don't know and keep doing it. It's easy to do it once. But two, three, four, and five times, takes extraordinary work.
    - Repeat what gains you momentum. Life is a living experiment. Lots of what you do is trial and error. So when you find something that works, stick to it. repeat what gains you momentum.
    - Solidify what matters. There are many fires you face every day; problems to solve and experiments to be seasoned. As you uncover the mysteries of your mind, do what works. Solidify what matters. This way, you are gaining strength and wisdom.

    #130 - Getting Out Of Your Head

    Digital technology has revolutionized the way we live today and is now a fundamental aspect of everyone's lives. However, as we spend so much time online, many problems crop up, one of which is the negative impact on our wellbeing, especially our mental health.

    Many of us overthink things that are beyond our control and that cause us to feel negative emotions. We linger on the same negative thoughts and emotions too much, which affects how we let bad habits - like porn addiction - into our lives. We strive to escape reality and find the connection we crave with other people or things, and we often neglect to connect with what and who is actually worth connecting to - our true selves.

    Too much of everything is bad. Therefore, it's important that we know when to disconnect from our thoughts, social media, and our devices, and be able to reconnect with our bodies, emotions, and spirituality.

    In this episode, Andrew talks about why we shouldn’t get trapped in our own heads, the healthy things we should engage in to re-establish connections with other areas of our lives, as well as the importance of constantly growing emotionally and spiritually. He also discusses why it's important to limit our usage of technology and social media.

    We already have it tough, so why not take time to enjoy the simple things? Spend time with our true selves in a way that allows our minds to deepen our understanding, be challenged, and broaden our views of what is real and what isn't, and our hearts to learn to appreciate even the smallest details of the people we love, to accept different types of people, and our spirituality to become in line with our true purpose.
