Today we're joined by James Jay (Jim) Carafano, Vice President for National Security & Foreign Policy at The Heritage Foundation, to discuss these mysterious UFOs that have seemed to puzzle the Pentagon over the past few weeks. The truth is, they're likely a lot less mysterious than people are being led to believe. It's not been released that these flying objects are, in fact, balloons as well. We break down where they probably came from and the science behind why they all seem to look different and be flying at different altitudes. We also discuss the response from the White House (or lack thereof) and how vulnerable this makes our country to foreign enemies. Then, we talk about the Ohio train derailment disaster, which saw thousands of people evacuated from East Palestine, Ohio, after a train crashed and started leaking toxic chemicals. We look at the cleanup response and aftermath, which has seen livestock and fish dead and water contaminated. How bad is this disaster, and what are the consequences 15-20 years into the future? We look at some of the theories of what's going on, from gross incompetence to intentional destruction of farmland.
