Rane and Jo - Nearly 6 years - Now what?

Rane and Jo - Nearly 6 years - Now what?
We’re up to almost six years of the Flow Artists Podcast and we have NEWS! Rane shares SoundMadeSeen his new app which will be launching soon. It’s a tool to create beautiful videos using your audio and it will save podcasters (or any online creators) time and hassle when sharing their work. Jo had news too - she’s writing a book! The working title is ‘Eight Limbs of Aerial Yoga: Adapting practice for neurodiversity, accessibility and physical support’ and it will be published by Singing Dragon in 2026. It will integrate yoga philosophy back into the teaching and practice of aerial yoga and features many past podcast guests as well as members of our studio community. We’ve also got some great questions from past podcast guests: Deanne Love asks us about flow, Dave and Ranju ask us about inspiration, imposter syndrome and advice for our younger selves. Cyrille Caille asks about our initial inspiration and future podcast plans. Freya Bennett Overstall asks about inversions and May Yuen asks about our plans for 2024 and how people can support the podcast. We even have a future guest Chloe Prendergast asking us about finding balance and exploring the polarity between yoga, meditation and technology. Yinversion

    Yinversion

Some of these poses are unfamiliar! If you need a visual, Click for a pose gallery of this practice.

We don’t usually think about inversions in Yin. So to introduce them into a mild practice takes a bit of creativity and, in this case a bolster and a strap. The poses will emphasize the hips but our true purpose is to encounter something new, something novel. Throughout the practice you’ll be contemplating some features of your nervous system and learning ways to keep your brain sharp, flexible and vibrant throughout your life span.

#100 ~ Frequency Writer: 2/22 Marinades: Vibrational Echoes & Invitations To Transmutation ~ Huge Timeline Shifts & Faithing It Forward

    https://give.cornerstone.cc/wholesoulmasterydonate
In Part 2 of this 2-Part Video Series, I share timely insights about this recent transmission and the current energies many are feeling.  I delve deeper into the Invitations to Transmutation many are receiving through a phenomenon I call Vibrational Echoes, how it feels to be a "fish out of water" in these times, how the Serpent's Inversions are being corrected, the Wisdom of Sun Tzu in looking far when you are near, the "Fishes on Bridges" many are right now, Timeline Shifts, and Faithing It Forward!  Join me for a full and rich marinades review of these powerful energies from the latest transmission and unfolding in daily life and please share these messages with others who can benefit too.

Part 1 of this 2-Part Video Series is a February 2022+ Energy Update from The Arcturian Collective. These marinades messages offer bigger picture lenses that can empower humanity to more clearly and successfully navigate the profound shifts in human consciousness that are happening in our daily lives. In this transmission, key themes include many feeling like fish out of water, humanity leaving the Piscean Age and entering the Age of Aquarius, Scales of the Serpent and Scales of Divine Justice, The Known and The Unknown expressing as the Light comes dancing, The Awakening and Greater Integration of Our Heart Consciousness, Conscious Breathing, and our Rising Sovereignty!  This is a powerful transmission for February 2022 ~ acknowledging the changes and transformations occurring in us all as we rise in this Great Shift of the Ages.  And as we rise in this way, we make room for our Divine Avatars and the Brave Epic Heroes inside us to emerge and shine in the Emerging New 5D+ Earth Experience and Divine Timeline.  You can listen to the original transmission here: https://youtu.be/vGRZfSZWzYE
