In 2013 onderschept de douane een verdacht pakketje. Waarom importeert iemand vijf kilo industriële bakpoeder uit China? Da's toch ook hier te koop? Na een snel laboratoriumonderzoek blijkt het witte poeder iets heel anders te zijn: vijf kilo pure 17-bèta-oestradiol. Een verboden groeihormoon voor kalveren, dat bij aanraking kankerverwekkend is. De IOD besluit een opsporingszender in het pakket te stoppen, om te ontdekken waar het illegale spul terechtkomt. Een spectaculaire actiedag volgt, inclusief telefoontaps, volgauto's, een hoofdkwartier op een hotelkamer en undercover dates. Maar krijgen ze daarmee ook de verdachte te pakken?

Na een aangifte van de bloembollenkeuringsdienst krijgt Jan, onderzoeksleider bij de NVWA-IOD, in 2010 een opvallende fraudezaak onder ogen. In 2007 krijgt onderzoeksleider Jos een lastige fraudezaak toegewezen. Eentje die al 25 jaar loopt, met een verdachte die van geen ophouden weet. Die verdachte is een markante kaasverkoper, die handelt in bedorven waar. Zijn producten zijn beschimmeld en oneetbaar, en gevaarlijk voor de volksgezondheid. Maar de handelaar verandert elke keer de Ten Minste Houdbaar Tot-data, en stuurt de kazen terug de markt op.  Geen boete, rechtszaak, straf of waarschuwing houdt hem tegen. Om de handel voor eens en voor altijd te stoppen, is er grover geschut nodig. De rechercheurs van de IOD gaan over op opsporingsmiddelen. Maar hoe track je ongezien een bedorven kaas?

Alexandru kam über Keto und Paleo rein intuitiv zu Carnivore. Er hatte dadurch schon vor 10 Jahren gut abgenommen. Aber zunächst hatte er auf die Stimmen der Gesundheitsapostel gehört und Gemüse und Obst wieder miteinbezogen. Erst nachdem er von Shawn Baker vor drei Jahren gehört hatte, begann er absichtlich mit der Carnivoren Ernährung. Er hat das nie bereut. Sein Energieniveau ist dadurch höher, während er sich gleichzeitig ruhier und entspannter fühlt. Er hat viel Körpergewicht verloren, seine Haut ist wesentlich besser geworden. Przetwarzanie danych osobowych na podstawie zgody jest zmorą bardzo wielu przedsiębiorców i organizacji.
