    Ep. 6 - Adrienne drinks Justin's Beer

    Ep. 6 - Adrienne drinks Justin's Beer

Adrienne gets a 110-year-old piano tuned and luckily the strings don't break. Adrienne stomps across the front of the Boot Barn Hall stage waving a tambourine. Justin can't keep a straight face during Landslide when he overhears a loud whisper. Justin is surprised to gain a new respect for Adrienne's cover project. Justin fails to learn a lesson from last week. Justin produces music for KCHB, Half Zen, and Ipecac, and makes a backing track for a band whose name Justin refuses to say. Adrienne finally finds her voice. Justin realizes he needs to be lazier.

    The Melvins, (A) Senile Animal

This band has been creating experimental music for 35 years. So we look at the moment when they doubled down by teaming up with musicians from Big Business. We confront our own subjectivity about music and examine how to make a living from something creative like this long-running doom machine.

    JAMES PLOTKIN
