Recently I had the privilege to speak at Iowa State University in front of the College of Business faculty and students. If you would’ve asked me 6 years ago if I would have ever thought of speaking at such a high level, I would’ve laughed. Six years ago Iowa State had put me on academic probation and were thinking about kicking me out of college. I even got kicked out of my dorm 5 days early, for reasons that I will not mention. Let’s just say, I wasn't the best college kid.
