Put your Grocery Cart Back…. Do the little things right

Put your Grocery Cart Back…. Do the little things right

Life is about doing the little things right as these will help you accomplish the big things. These small things hold us accountable and teach us the value of life, whether it's an action, an item, or the way you treat another person.

In this episode of the Happy Hustle Podcast, I discuss how to do these little things right and how they positively impact both your personal life and your professional life.

Every day we have micro choices to make. Both at our home and out in the wild.

Like simply putting your grocery cart back.

Like holding the door open for the person behind you.

Like letting some cut in front of you in traffic.

Like over delivering for your clients.

Each one of these matters and sometimes it is the little things that can make a person. If it's done consistently that makes up your value system.

So do the little things right and enjoy the satisfaction that comes from doing it well.

    One Bucket Item

    One Bucket Item

The term "kick the bucket" has been around for well over 200 years.  But just in the last 15 years, we have started talking about "bucket lists." This represents things we would like to accomplish before the end of life. For the most part, people list places they would like to see or accomplishments they are striving for. And I'm not a big fan of exhaustive lists like this. If you just seize the day, and have a great attitude, a growing faith, and spiritual determination, most of that stuff will work itself out.

However, what if you just picked ONE bucket item?  What would you choose and single, most important thing you hope to pursue and accomplish between now and death.  It would be something you'd have to work hard for, something that would glorify God, and something that could help people long after you were gone.  What would that thing be?

    - What is a bucket list and why do we have them

    - Why are most bucket list items not really worth listing

    - What would be the One Bucket Item you would want read at your funeral

    - How do you set up the criteria for One Bucket Item

    - How can you shrink down that criteria into everyday living

    Limited Appeal - Gunmetal Droppings
This week Luc gets a bit irate, old-man style, about trendy new names for colours. Everyone else disagrees. In Inventions and Shit, we come up with a brilliant novelty item that is sure to generate millions. Ambitious inventors (or rock bands) should contact us by email (maskedman@limitedappeal.net) to obtain our logo for the corner of the toilet paper squares, and to offer us a cut of the profits. Also, please visit our myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/limitedappeal!
