Ms. Iyanla Vanzant from Fix My Life is a New York Times bestselling author, and 3x NAACP award winning media personality. She is the premier African American spiritual teacher, writer and speaker. After her daughter, Gemmia passed away in 2003, she used her grief to pick up the work again in 2006.
