Jack, Christian and Geoff Clayton outline how private power companies manipulate governments in the early 1900s to divert water courses for power generation at the expense of salmon runs, First Nations and local cities, setting the precedent for watersheds throughout BC, including the Alouette watershed in Maple Ridge, British Columbia.  The effects of this skullduggery (trickery) are still impacting humans and ecosystems today.
