Taylour is a dedicated and passionate professional  known for his emphasis on people and their work. With a strong team already in place, he focused on team building and improving communication within the executive team. During his time, he successfully hired three new department heads - a finance director, utilities director, and public works director - who have been warmly welcomed and proven to be highly competent. Taylour is particularly excited about the positive impact they have made. As a city manager, he also ensures the implementation of policies set forth by the governing body.

Taylour also gave a glimpse of the city's commitment to customer service, fire department accreditation, and the unique aspects that make Boulder City a remarkable place to live and work.

On today's show, we have the pleasure of speaking with Don Rodriquez, entrepreneur and founder of i&I Music and Podcast Studios.  Don is also the owner of Superior Builders, Inc and has had a few other small businesses start up and sold here in Boulder City.   We lovingly call him a "serial entrepreneur".

Don has used his talents and skills to build up quite a few businesses over the years and he will share a little bit about those.  However, his real love and passion (besides his wife and kids) is making music.  Learn how evolved from playing in his home to building out a very professional music stage.  It is Don's goal to invite more musicians to come and check out a great place to "jam" and record.

Don's construction company was challenged with building out a "soundproof" room, and that engineering marvel led to building out the soundproof booth at i&i.
