Hour 2 - Which veteran QB fits best for the Patriots? Jones wants Joe Flacco, Mego wants Brissett. It will be a mad dash for the QB starting job next season. A race for the ages, will the number three overall pick win the job in week one? Jones does not care, he just wants to see him at some point, Mego thinks it is a pointless compromise, either play him or don't. They can agree that Jimmy Garoppolo has no place on the Patriots roster. No storylines there! 

Hour 1 - Jones and Mego debate what kind of situation the Patriots are in exactly. They probably will not "burn cash" and go after big name free agents, especially when most of the big name WRs are off the board. The Patriots offseason plan is becoming clearer and clearer. Veteran QB + rookie QB. Jones wants it to be a competition for the rookie QB. Like when Mac had to compete with the ghost of Cam Newton. He could be talked into Joe Flacco starting weeks one and two and have the rookie go for the job. Mego thinks that this is a pointless compromise. 

With the Super Bowl right around the corner, Alex and Zack talk about what it took for the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs to get to this point, plus what they're looking for from each team in the big game. Also highlighted in this episode are some of the recent coaching hires and their thoughts on player awards in the NFL.
