    Jamie Kuenzie on Learning Confidence

In this episode, Jamie shares how a borderline introvert, Enneagram 9 became the youngest 100 Club in the history of The JP+ Company. As Jamie shares, it is all about learning confidence. She believes that we can position ourselves to be our best by doing our homework. This does not mean becoming an expert of everything. It means becoming an expert of ourselves. Who are you? What is your lane? What are you passionate about? Through what channels do you want to communicate with people? What is your leadership style? What is your conversation style? How do you best interact with people? How can you offer your best self to the world? Being the best version of ourselves can be learned. And when we do that then we will have the confidence we need to impact the world in ways we never thought possible.

Emily Otten on Saying “Yes” and Figuring it Out Along the Way

In this episode, Emily shares her story of starting her Juice Plus+ business while in college. As you will hear in Emily’s story, she has always had a very clear awareness of herself; who she is, what she wants, and how she wants to live life. She had some incredible offers coming out of college, but she knew that she wanted something that the typical 9-5 could not offer. Consistently throughout her story, Emily said “yes” and figured it out along the way. You will be inspired to say “yes” more and trust your gut. Emily teaches us how important it is to know yourself, to know your values, and walk your own path.

Kelly Proehl on the Wisdom of an Entrepreneur

In this episode, Kelly shares her journey with The Juice Plus+ Company and teaches us some incredible lessons on business and life along the way. Kelly started her business when her kids were six, nine, and eleven years old, and her husband, Ricky, was playing in the NFL. Over the last sixteen years, Kelly has built her business to the Presidential Marketing Director level, which only a handful of leaders have achieved in our business.

This is a conversation to have a pad of paper and pen handy to take notes because Kelly offers insight after insight that will benefit you wherever you are in your journey. After listening to this conversation, my hope is you will share it with your team and then consider hosting a follow-up discussion to ask each person what their key takeaway was from Kelly’s story and training.

Karen Richards on Navigating a Multi-faceted Life

In this episode, Karen takes us through her journey of self-discovery and shares with us how she has navigated through a very multi-faceted life. Karen and her husband, Josh, have three children and live in Tennessee. Karen is biracial, she was adopted and she is in an interracial marriage. Karen has MS and all three children have an auto-immune disease; their oldest was also born with cerebral palsy. She and Josh have filed for bankruptcy twice in their lives as a result of dealing with the cost of major medical procedures over the last 20 years. 2020 was a year in which she grew to learn about who she is and what matters most in her life. She teaches all of us that to be successful in network marketing and in life, one must know their own voice and be open to both listening to others and also setting boundaries to protect against unhealthy relationships. This conversation is as much about navigating life as it is about building a network marketing business and what we learn is that the two are correlated; how well we navigate the complexities of life will impact how successful we can be and, more importantly, it will help us gain clarity around what success looks like for each of us.
