Kiptoo finished 5th overall at the Cal Pac Championships, and now he's on to the NAIA National Championships, Nov. 19 in Vancouver, WA. Kiptoo already has eyes on becoming an all-time Cal Pac great, and he's only an underclassman. This is the interview you don't want to miss!
